No fridge in the room!!! Check-in wait time was excessive despite arriving at the scheduled time!!! A return of wet towels is hardly acceptable for any guest, making cleanliness a concern!!!

i loved staying at aloft! the location was spot on, right by queens plaza station, making it super easy to get around without any transfers. the staff were awesome and super helpful. plus, the rooftop lounge had amazing views and was a great spot to unwind after a busy day.
